Serial Port Complete: COM Ports, USB Virtual COM Ports, and Ports for Embedded Systems (Complete Guides series)
Jan has published a bunch of books and the reader would do well to search on her name and see all her offerings, there really is no better way to learn a topic than to get her book on a subject. Definitely 5 stars.. Many folks find using a virtual serial port device such as the FTDI FT232R to be an easier way to communicate with embedded systems than using direct USB - though Jan goes a long way to making that easier with her USB Complete book. I got started with USB using her USB Complete book and I don’t think I could have managed with out it. for a virtual serial port. This allows folks with legacy RS232 systems to use them on PCs that only have a I’ve ever read. Her books are always clear and to the point. The second edition of her venerable Serial Port Complete brings that excellent book into the 21st century with expanded coverage on using

Reader's review:This well written book is a "must have" for those who enjoy exploring the desert. The authors personable writing style, trip routes, and historical information make this a good book. But, the authors illustrated love of the desert and it's solitude and beauty make this a fantastic book. Those who love exploring the desert will treasure this book. I have a hundred or so books about the deserts, and this one is in the top three. When I need to relax from the days work load, I open this book; I'm taken from my office into the desert; My office chair becomes the front seat of my jeep, desert breeze in my face, while ghosts of yesterday's jackass miners abound.

The response of aircraft to stochastic atmospheric turbulence plays an important role in, for example, aircraft design (load calculations) and flight simulation (handling qualities research and pilot training). Two classical models will be discussed in this thesis that is the Delft University of Technology (DUT) model and the Four Point Aircraft (FPA) model. Although they are well established, their fidelity remains obscure. The cause lies in one of the requirements for system identification; it has always been necessary to relate inputs to outputs to determine, or identify, system dynamic characteristics. From experiments, using both the measured input and the measured output, a mathematical model of any system can be obtained.

If you're new to the concept of Ceremonial magick, this is a good book. HOwever if you're looking for low magick, there's plenty of books out there. The market is actually saturated with low magick 101 books. IT's actually kind of sickening.
So to come across a primer in basic magick without any kind of bla bla bla theology crud behind it like Crowley and the others. Sure he doesn't delve very deep into the reasons for why you use said rituals, ANother fault I have with the modern Pagan Community at large. I don't blame him though as you actually do have to wade through the principles and other guidelines that Crowley ad Reguardie and all of them go into in other books. So this is more like supplimental reading. Especially if you want to pratice magick and not just read about it.
