I bought this book to help with stopping smoking. It really shows the cigarette smoking habit in a different light, and helps you to put them down. I coupled the book with some stop-smoking cigarette filters that cut down on the amount of tar and nicotine you are getting with each cigarette. I used those filters for one week while reading this book, then I just stopped- and I haven't had a cigarette for over 2 years!
