I've read the book Getting to Yes and was a little concerned that this may be dry as well. This doesn't seem like a tough subject to educate on; only tough to actually make yourself do. So with that said, I was impressed with the easy step-by-step (even on a audio level). I have a few more techniques in my arsenal that will allow me to more effectively use this skill.
