Justice League: Adventures is based on the hit animated series The Justice League that ran in Cartoon Network. Apart from bieng set in a completely different Universe from JLA, Adventures is an antirely different way of storytelling, and the stories go in-depth into each induvidual member of the league, as well as showing the perspectives of several civillian characters. The villains and challenges in the series are newer, bigger and more and more powerful. Several guest characters also make appearances, like The Atom, Adam Strange, Aquaman, and their respective villains. There's also one simply fantastic story where Robin saves the day.
