Pra começar: vampiros existem, mas são bem diferentes do que você costuma ver nos filmes por aÃÂÂ. Nem suas relações com a igreja, água-benta, crucifixo e outros mais, são o que normalmente os filmes descrevem. O buraco, como dizem, é um pouco mais embaixo. Os vampiros possuem sim, habilidades especiais, como resistência elevada, que os fizeram muito propÃÂÂcios a vida do crime. Mas não, vampiros não podem voar... Isto é tolice. Grande prova disso é o corpo de Eduardo Del Toro estatelado em cima de uma mesa de praia, com um guarda-sol atravessado pelo corpo, após cair de um enorme prédio. E agora sim, teremos um pequeno problema. Eduardo Del Toro, vampiro alfa (quer dizer que recebeu o "vÃÂÂrus" diretamente de um morcego), veio do Nicarágua para Miami, onde conseguiu construir um grande império mafioso, e uma grande famÃÂÂlia. Com sua súbita morte, os possÃÂÂveis herdeiros da cadeira de chefe da famÃÂÂlia se reúnem para resolver os negócios, sendo eles: Risa, filha mais nova, caçadora de satisfação sexual, que se embrenha na noite em busca de prazer, e arma tramas durante o dia em busca de poder. Seu ponto forte para conquistar o quer, com homens e mulheres, é o sexo, que ela utiliza estrategicamente, rendendo suas vÃÂÂtimas, que se alongam numa enorme lista, onde se figura inclusive o nome de seu pai. O irmão mais velho de Risa, Eduardo Del toro Jr., também se encontra na corrida pelo poder, enquanto tem ainda que monitorar seu filho adolescente problemático, que enfrenta o preconceito na sua escola por portar presas na boca, e resolve então portar uma arma na mão. O irmão do meio, Leto, um vampiro omega (nascido portando o vÃÂÂrus) assim como seus irmãos, seguiu um caminho que teve desaprovação total de sua famÃÂÂlia. Deus. Investiu seus últimos dois anos de vida num convento, transformando-se num ótimo padre, até que recebe a notÃÂÂcia de seu pai morto, e tem que voltar para sua famÃÂÂlia até pelo menos que a situação se resolva. Como se não bastasse, os três irmãos descobrem a ambição de seu primo Victor Sanchez, que tem sede de poder e deseja também tornar-se chefão, ao pegarem sua mãe, uma beta (mordida por um vampiro), ainda de luto pela morte de seu marido Eduardo transando com Victor. Tudo isso em meio a drogas, prostituição, incesto e sangue, muito sangue é o que faz a trama de Bite Club se desenvolver velozmente em um ritmo alucinado, até o fim da corrida pelo poder e a definição de um novo Chefão. While Anakin Skywalker enjoys a brief respite from the Clone Wars (and a reunion with his secret wife Padme Amidala), Obi-Wan Kenobi embarks on a "personal" mission.Kenobi's first stop is a frontier town on the swamp world of Trigalis, where he fights a small army of bounty hunters, duels with a crime lord who has ties to Count Dooku, and obtains undercover help from fellow Jedi Aayla Secura. All that just to verify a rumor about an enemy that he can't forget.
Obi-Wan is becoming obsessed, and he knows it. But the danger of flirting with the dark side is a risk he's willing take to save the person about whom he cares most in the galaxy.
