Further, the analysis suggests that there are no easy choices for Washington, but it also emphasizes that Islamabad?s approach to defeating terrorism is sufficiently risky and could end up transforming Pakistan into an object of U.S. wrath should a major attack on the United States in the future reveal Pakistani origins, neglect, or, in the worst case,connivance.
