Good overview of smartcard technology

One of the cheapest books around for smartcards which gives good overview of the technology. Some of the ISO and SIM APDU commands are covered at great length. Includes an example applet, for those interested in development. The book also has technical details about Schlumberger's (now Axalto) Cyberflex and Cryptoflex cards.
