Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 crash about once a day. Help PLEASE!

My PC's spec.

I'm trying to use Vista x64 SP1 Retail CLEAN. Which I download from here

I have installed it successfully with 64 bit driver (which all my hardware support).
I have turn off Windows updates (Never check for updates)
And have not use any crack yet (vista loader 2.1.3)

But I have a serious crash about once a day.
Crash symptom: Monitor become totally black. look like when I turn off PC state but the system is still running.
I can do nothing except turn off or restart by pressing the button.

1st crash happen when I do nothing.
2nd crash happen when I use Turn Off LCD.exe (which I download from keznews.com).
3rd crash happen after I woke up in the morning. (I always turn on my PC).

And I think fourth crash will coming soon. So I decided to turn on Windows Updates. And now I have all important and

recommend Windows update installed on my system.

If the crash is still happen. What should I do to resolve this serious problem? Hardware or Software?
