Hi there,
In the past I have successfully flashed my BIOS to include a SLIC table and then created a Vista DVD including the necessary files for automatic activation.

I am considering going back to Windows XP and now wish to create a Windows XP Pro CD so that I can install a pre-activated version similar to the above.

Please can you kind people give me as much info as possible on how I go about doing this?

Vista Loader 3.0.0.1 is a bios loader as well, but good that you found something. if it doesn't let me know and I will give you the loader I have(I know it works, I have used it on several O.S..)

Hi Sickies,

Thanks so much for this - it's great!!

A few things I want to know though is: where are the settings for emergedesktop defined? I know they're in the registry but how did they get there? Did you build the PE then recapture it with imagex after you launched it? Reason I ask is that I personally find the system details in the middle of the screen to be distracting and I would love to change the background.

Can anyone help me please? I have downloaded a game 'Tomb Raider' from Rapidshare and on trying to open the RAR file it asked for a password. I did not have one and nowhere have I seen one given. In fact the games listing where I found this game shows password but nothing next to it. Obviously I am not a Winrar wizard
What should I do please?
