Thank you all for your help and comments. I didn't return to the board till now 'cause I was busy all day.
Going back to my prob with Vista Business, I will try your suggestions above. What I DID do today was completely erase the HD, wipe it clean, and re-installed Vista Business WITHOUT placing any key this time, different from before, when I did use the one from Asus. So right now I have it waiting to activate within 30 days, no key except the default prod ID key it gives normally.

All I did extra after that was disable UAC, and a few minor changes to the icons and desktop. So if I try activating like GypsyDavid posted above with that KMS server, it should work, right? I'll do it tomorrow if I hear from you guys its the best.

I kinda like that crack GypsyDavid posted with Ultimate, and the 2 screens side by side. Never saw that one before, but it doesn't work with Business, does it? Before I forget, my PC is neither Dell or anything. It is generic, but motherboard uses Intel chipsets. "Generic" meaning IBM/LG, made a few years ago by MicroStar. By the way, I am amazed Vista works really fast with this baby. I can't wait to see what it will do once I get done tweaking it.
