I have downloaded MS Tinker through Windows update.
Installation went so far as I can see without a problem.
I saw in the Windows update history that Tinker is installed.

I went to Start - Games and I couldn't find the game Tinker.

What I have done so far :

delete all files (hidden also) which are related to MS Tinker (not the sound scheme)
delete all registery files, some I can't delete 'cos the seems to be protected.

Take a recovery point

Try to install manually with the tinker cab-file:
It looks like at some point in the installation of Tinker it can install some files needed.

Is there someone else with the same problem which find a working solution?

greetings,
Dark Flemish

csg014:

I would like to "upgrade" my 32-bit OEM to 64-bit -- and everything else I've read says you can't "upgrade" from 32-bit to 64-bit, only replace one with the other.

However, I don't want to have to reinstall from scratch, so, when you say you "upgraded", which of the following did you do:
1) Took an existing 32-bit install, converted it to 64-bit -- keeping all the accounts, apps, and files in the process
2) Removed the 32-bit install, replaced it with a 64-bit install -- essentially replacing, not upgrading.

I'm using for a while BsPlayer and , in my opinion, is the greatest player because is equipped with a extensive subtitle options which enable the users to watch video content with subtitles from many popular subtitle formats. I got it from here: BsPlayer
