I would like to "upgrade" my 32-bit OEM to 64-bit -- and everything else I've read says you can't "upgrade" from 32-bit to 64-bit, only replace one with the other.
However, I don't want to have to reinstall from scratch, so, when you say you "upgraded", which of the following did you do:
1) Took an existing 32-bit install, converted it to 64-bit -- keeping all the accounts, apps, and files in the process
2) Removed the 32-bit install, replaced it with a 64-bit install -- essentially replacing, not upgrading.
