Its actually a false positive as a lot of "keygen.exe" files are incorrectly flagged by AV vendors these days.
This is an excellent site for getting the "big picture" - again, some engines will flag but at least you can see whats what...

After checking there for obvious stuff I would HIGHLY recommend using a Virtual Sandbox program to actually run any suspect software.

In sandboxie you can see EVERYTHING that an app wants to do - it just holds it in a temp environment until your done and deletes everything.
AN APP LIKE THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST THESE DAYS IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!!
