If you have a floppy drive or USB stick and another machine to download my above activation file, copy it to the floppy/stick. Boot without the floppy/stick inserted. When it asks you, choose YES, there should be an address bar at the top. Type "C/:" w/o quotes, enter or go. you should have explorer. Go to "computer", Insert floppy/stick and run the activation file and reboot. Give that a try and report.

I have exact same problem. But when I choose yes there is no address bar at top . Is there any other way to get to the address bar?
Have tried putting file in safe mode but does not work.

*****UPDATE***** Got to the address bar in IE and can bring up explorer but it will only stay up a few seconds and then disappears .
