Gypsydavid I tried what you said, but it didn't work. I choose internet, then the Product key Change window comes up. IE does not open up.

I had tried many fixes in safe mode, but after your last post I did a system restore to a month prior. One thing I can think of is I tried "Windows_Genuine_Forever" fix in the safe mode. I think that this runs as a service. I am not sure if this service was removed when I did a system restore.
