As per my experience i have found that AMD is much more better than Intel when it comes to the HEAT And Graphics are main.

I think you must buy the following configuration.

AMD Phenom X4 9750 (2.4 GHz / 2MB / 2MB / socket AM2+ / 95W / 65nm SOI)

ASUS M3N78-EM OR M3N78 Motherboard having Onboard nVIDIA Ge-Force 8300 / 8200 Graphics.

Where for RAM you can buy a 800 MHz Ram but if you have enough money then go for the 1066.

and about the Power either buy a Antec or Cooler Master PSU (Power Supply Unit).
