You could download a completely untouched torrent of the install disk (I have one on demoniod, though I would need to reseed it) and burn it to DVD

I downloaded the images off of Microsoft Connect when the beta program ended, they are the RTM version of Vista + SP1 no cracks, no patches, nothing added.
