hey guys first time post on kez have been visiting keznews.com for 3 years now

anyways i have installed windows 7 activated it and have been using it for 2 weeks now
but i have come across a problem with windows 7 for some reason any executable or batch file that gets
saved on win7 automatically gets a read only added to it and i cant remove it it ask's for me to become the administrator
which i am i have even tried using the true administrator account hidden away in user managment but to no avail

and even deleting doesn't do anything i hit delete i say yes and its still there

any help will be aprecciated
