First of all, ultimate is not faster than home or any other version of vista.

That said.

I don't mean to be mean or anything but if you don't even know how to unpack a rar archive I don't see how you'd be able to upgrade and crack vista ultiamate.

But I will also assist in some way.
To unpack the rar archive you need to get winrar (easiest way) and unpack the archive.
You can get a trialware version here: http://www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar380.exe

Once installed, you can just double click on the file that has the extension .rar and the archive opens up and in it there probably is a iso file that you need to burn on dvd.

For the installation and cracking of vista ultimate, someone else has to help you. Not into pirated windblows any more.
