Last month, the Hotmail team announced that free POP3 support had been rolled out to nine countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Japan, Spain, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. The plan for worldwide support was said to be progressive and the rollout deadline was a vague "later this year." An insider told me last night that the switch has now also been flipped for US and Brazil Hotmail accounts. There hasn't been any official announcement on the various Windows Live blogs yet, but I'll update this post if more details come to light today.
If you want to start using it now, there are some details you should be aware of:
POP server: pop3.live.com
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@hotmail.com
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com
Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)
TLS/SSL required? Yes.

Microsoft's business customers typically take 12 to 18 months of planning and testing before operating system deployments can begin. That includes testing applications, standardizing hardware, certifying operating system images, selecting deployment tools and methods, and training end-users and IT for the new operating system. Before you blink, it can turn into a nightmare. But now more than ever it can cause problems, because in less than a year Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 will all be available, supported by Microsoft, at the same time. The software giant is trying to tackle this problem by giving customers some suggestions.
The first post to the Windows for your Business Blog is a very lengthy one. The short version is that Microsoft is urging its business customers to ditch Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The long version is narrated to us by Gavriella Schuster, a member of the Windows Product Management team. Here's a quick summary of Schuster's points.

First of all, ultimate is not faster than home or any other version of vista.
That said.
I don't mean to be mean or anything but if you don't even know how to unpack a rar archive I don't see how you'd be able to upgrade and crack vista ultiamate.
But I will also assist in some way.
To unpack the rar archive you need to get winrar (easiest way) and unpack the archive.
You can get a trialware version here: http://www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar380.exe
Once installed, you can just double click on the file that has the extension .rar and the archive opens up and in it there probably is a iso file that you need to burn on dvd.
For the installation and cracking of vista ultimate, someone else has to help you. Not into pirated windblows any more.
Good luck.
