FAN PROBLEM

When ever i put my computer to sleep mode. And after waking up my pc
the fans starts to spin very fast.And i work in very high temperatures.So sometimes
i need to speed up my fans i used Speedfan program.But it didnt work is this
causing the problems?? and i need ways to cool my cpu HELP ?
