wait 3 minutes.... for what? is it going to self-destruct? lol! omg u do not have to wait 3 minutes before turning a pc back on. basically 5-10 seconds or until u hear silence in ur pc... all the drives powered down etc.
as for windows 7 64-bit, i installed it on the new pc i built. i have never seen windows use 8-12gb of virtual ram. theres only 4gb ram in it. I guess i will have to find out from someone in my CIT class....
