Win7 installation is messing up my other Windows.

I have installed now 2 times Windows 7 build 7077.

First time x86 and second time x64 on my second HD (1e primary partition).

On my first HD on 1e primary partition i have Vista SP1 (my operational windows) and use VistaBootPro 3.3 as bootloader.

After installing Windows 7 (in both cases) my Vista SP1 is flagged as illigal and i have to activate Vista SP1 again .

How come? Can somebody explain this funny behaviour .
