anyway: any idea to install and boot it from usb key ?

simple

download Sickies.BartPE-WinPE3.BootCD-v5.5_To-USB.rar

in Folder tools
usb_format.exe

format ur stick (like in pic)
then

grubinst_gui.exe

install grub on stick ( mbr )
like in pic
click install
dos box
close

copy 4 files in folder "copy to stick" to ur stick
( default , grldr , NTDETECT.COM , menu.lst )

copy content of bootcd to stick ( EZBOOT not )

rename folder I386 to minint (not MININT)

boot from stick
