HELP with Photoshop cs3, not working anymore

hi guys, im new.. i dont know if this is the right thread, my apologies.. i am having problems with photshop cs3, i dont know what wrong but when i open a file or a new file, a pop up will tell that there is an error, so i uninstalled the programs and reformat my pc and still the same problem with i install it.. can anyone help me?
