I have a "optiarc DVD RW AD-72100A" drive...but it cannot read cd as well as dvd..but it works well when i boot my computer
or try to repair windows xp.i did tried to repair but it didnt worked...an some times it give out an error message.when ever i put a cd or dvd disk on to my drive.when i explore it shows only one file "Track00.cda"..and when i put a video disk the icon of the drive turns to "Audio cd"...i disconnected and reconnected my wires & up booted nothing works even reinstalled drive....pleease help me it will be very helpfull...i am running windows xp service pack 2 and windows 7 7000 dual boot both operating systems have the same problem.
