Dear Friend, i've read your message and understand that your CD/DVD Drive Dosent work efficiently.
These Problems belong to Three reasons:

1- The Drive DATA Cable may be brokin.
2- The Reading lens may be dusty.
3- The lens or the Micro Processor on drive may be damaged.

To Resolve the 1st Problem take off the old cable and switch it with new one and try, if you still have the same problem so your drive has got the 2nd problem and to resolve it unplug the drive from Your PC and realease the iron cover and clean the drive with Blower, then clean the lens with piece of softly cotton and little alchol, few seconds and put the cover again and plug the drive and try. if its done everything will be fine and the problem resolved.

if dosnt, so you've got the 3rd problem and you must refer to the service provider.

I hope to be helped, even if little and i hope the problem is the 1st easy problem.
