Anything like this for Home Premium?

Does this key work on x86 and x64, both?

By the way can someone please explain what this key is doing?

I personally don't like applying cracks and patches I don't know what they're doing...

Well I guess this is just a key that works is all, but you have to reactivate it every 180days according to the readme, errr to much pain...
