Alle Kapitel enden mit Zusammenfassungen, Übungsfragen und Hinweise auf weiterführende Quellen. Beispiele, verständliche Erklärungen und ein interdisziplinärer Einblick in die Frage der Bewegung in und der Suche nach Informationen. Weiter macht Kalbach mit "Ein Framework für das Navigationsdesign": geniales Überkapitel, das alle notwendigen Werkzeuge und das Know How für funktionierendes Navigationsdesign quasi "blanko" zu Verfügung stellt. Zuerst die evaluieren, dann Analyse, Architektur, Layout und Oberflächengestaltung. Wie gesagt, sehr gelungen und auch wieder mit Zusammenfassungen, Übungen und weiterführenden Infos. Der dritte und abschließende Teil richtet sich dann an Spezialfälle: Navigation und Stichwortsuche, Social-Tagging-Systeme und Rich Web Applications.
